Projektzusammenfassung: Digital instructional design must prioritize high-quality teaching to foster in-depth learning rather than just focusing on flashy tools. This requires educators to continuously develop their skills. The project empowers teachers to deliver effective, engaging instruction using digital media. A holistic, evidence-based approach is crucial, aligning measures with institutions' digital strategies and addressing changes in beliefs, leadership, and resource management. Collaboration between service centers and faculty stakeholders is essential. Diverse training courses (online and on-campus) and digital learning materials (learning nuggets) for self-study will be developed, tailored to various needs rather than adopting a 'one size fits all' approach.
