Video Interview: "The Summer School"
In the second video in our series, Dr. Aude Bax de Keating, Portfolio Manager at swissuniversities, talks with Stefanie Strebel and Claudine Leysinger from "The Summer School" project of the Graduate Campus at the University of Zurich. Report on "Transformative Agreements" by the Open Science Platform Poland
In its recent report, "Transformative Agreements: Overview, Case Studies, and Legal Analysis", Open Science Platform Poland outlined the current situation regarding "transformative agreements," understood as a means of transitioning from a subscription-based model of scholarly publishing to full and immediate open access.
The Open Science Platform is an initiative of the Interdisciplinary Center for Mathematical and Computational Modeling at the University of Warsaw (ICM UW). With the goal of implementing Open Science in Poland, the initiative focuses on infrastructure, software development, open resources, training and expertise.

Patrick Furrer leaves swissuniversities
After three years as coordinator of the Scientific Information Program, the current developments in the field of Open Science no longer provide him with the desired strategic and operational framework for action within swissuniversities. Patrick Furrer has therefore decided to seek a new professional challenge in order to have more operational capacity. He will leave swissuniversities by the end of December 2021 at the latest. swissuniversities thanks Patrick for his commitment and wishes him all the best in his future career.
