The report on “Academic career, partnership and family” (in German) highlights the challenges of reconciling an academic career, partnership and family. The report shows the importance of adapting the framework conditions to improve the compatibility of a career in science and private life. It is based on a survey of academic staff at universities and research institutes and also shows how their situation has developed over the last 10 years. The report was produced as part of the programme "Equal opportunities and university development" 2017-2020/21 coordinated by swissuniversities.
